Licensed Home Care Services

Heart of Compassion Health is excited to announce the upcoming expansion of our services to include a state-licensed Home Care Agency. Our future home care division will provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical and supportive care that allows individuals to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining dignity and independence.

Our licensed caregivers will provide services such as:

Our Story

Heart of Compassion Health was founded on a shared vision between two healthcare professionals who believe that compassionate care should always come first. As a partnership corporation, we bring together more than 40 years of combined nursing experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including home care, long-term care, rehabilitation, community health, patient advocacy, education, and care coordination.

Throughout our nursing careers, we have witnessed firsthand the challenges that individuals and families face when trying to navigate the healthcare system. Too often, people are left feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or without the resources they need to make informed decisions about their care. These experiences inspired us to create Heart of Compassion Health—a company dedicated to helping people access the right services, education, and support with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

Our foundation is built on the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. We understand that healthcare is more than treating an illness—it is about caring for the whole person. Whether assisting clients in finding healthcare resources, connecting them with community services, or providing guidance during difficult times, our goal is to make every interaction meaningful and supportive.

As Heart of Compassion Health continues to grow, we are excited to expand our services by launching a licensed home care agency. This next chapter will allow us to provide compassionate in-home support that helps individuals maintain their independence while receiving the personalized care they deserve in the comfort of their own homes.
